| update:
well...my heart is still fast and after testing everything, the doctors still don't know what's going on with me, but i got to visit at camp this past wednesday until sunday, which was so good. it was the next best thing to being able to work for the week, so that was really great. i'm also very grateful that they haven't found anything serious, even if we have no answers.
we're heading on a family vacation tomorrow to colorado and then new mexico, which i'm excited about. hopefully by the time we get back in two weeks, i will be well enough to go back and work at camp again for the last two weeks! i guess i'll just have to wait and see though...i've been totally off in my predictions thus far, so i hardly dare plan on it. :)
| how's this for an exciting post...(slight sarcasm there )....
i've been home for over a week now, but not because i have a week off or camp suddenly ended. nope. my heart's been racing since last week sunday and the doctors have yet to figure out the cause. consequently, i've had more tests done in the last week than i care to recount! :) (but don't worry, they've eliminated everything really serious).
so on strict orders to rest and since i am basically too tired and weak to do anything exciting, i have been reading up a storm, keeping my mind occupied so i don't think too much about missing camp. :) it is wonderful to be with my family, only i wish it could be under different circumstances.
as far as camp goes, training and week 1 & 2 of camp were amazing and tough, and i grew and was challenged a lot. i'm hoping (lots) that after seeing the cardiologist this week that he'll come up with a solution and we'll get my heart back to normal so i can make it back for week 5 at camp! we'll just have to wait and see though i guess.
i hope you all are enjoying your summers! i've enjoyed catching up on your old posts while sitting around here at home. blessings, friends.

| so...nothing much happening here except lots of relaxing, resting, and general enjoying my time at home with my family. i like them.
leaving for camp on tuesday...meaning i must start packing tomorrow...aack! packing might not be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that i haven't exactly unpacked all my belongings yet...yes, i have been entirely unmotivated and very relaxed since returning home.
other entertaining happenings...my roomMate got engaged last week, my barnabas partner got married yesterday, and i got to have super early birthday cake last night (my family says we're celebrating my birthday in stages since i will once again be gone on that eventful day)
<----the picture to the left is a stephanie very excited about her birthday cake...it's cropped out of the picture though...sorry...it was yummy though! - lots of chocolate.

| HOME!!
and exhausted. after studying, taking an exam, writing a paper, cleaning my room and the prayer room and finishing packing today, it is beautifully sweet to be at home. i think the sadness of missing everyone will set in later...
tired yet very thankful for the year and the people, for home, and for much more that i can't even think of right now, haha.
time for bed. yay!
